The Bea Arthur song is great! The Holiday Special has a lot of crap, pretty much everything directly involving the horrible Wookies, but the variety show bits run from puzzling to amusing to actually good. Korman’s Alien Julia Child is another highlight.
Yea I’m guessing this is just a brief intro and they recast her later on when she ages up a bit, before Young Avengers
I didn’t sit down for the first episode with my arms crossed demanding multiverses and mutants. The creators introduced that when they cast an actor to play the same character from a different movie about mutants. I wasn’t expecting more super scientists. Considering that other characters have been shown (smartly) to not know the…
That song is going to be stuck in my head all weekend, and only partially because I'm gonna rewatch the episode a half dozen times.
I just assumed, given Darcy’s history with SHIELD taking all her equipment, she had taken the time in the camp beforehand to learn all of SWORD’s security systems.
A joke floating around Twitter is that Lionel Hutz “corrects” the famous line to “No. More mutants!”
