Just pretend the book title is “THE LOTTERY AND OTHER STORIES” with the “AND OTHER STORIES” in really tiny type the the sweatshop Koreans couldn’t drawn into the animation.

Boy this sentence went on safari...

...how did that dissuade you?

Neil Gaiman’s mentioned online that it getting dropped by HBO Max opened doors because it meant that they were able to PROPERLY bring in Sandman references. (If you recall, they originally brought them in for a Doom Patrol episode to backdoor pilot them)

Some events that happen during “Season of Mists” are the origin of the Dead Boy Detectives... at one point Death arrives, but she’s busy... Dead Boys decide they won’t be stuck where they are and go around the world, ending being detectives...

Could be possible that the origin is explained here, or they wait until the

I haven’t read the comic in a long long time so I can’t speak to your argument. That being said, it seems a lot like Lockwood & Co. but the dialogue feels better.*

I didn’t see death, between the tiny viewer and my ADHD making me scroll (while the trailer played) to the comments below.

*That show was SOOOO close to

You made me curious so I looked it up. Apparently he’s no one, it was an animation mistake: https://www.cbr.com/x-men-animated-series-mystery-villain/

Nobody. Seriously:

Ross is the only one to date multiple people of colour because the actor, David Schwimmer has gone on record to say he was the only one to actually “really push” (his words) for more diversity in the guest star cast.

Isn’t living for another 25 years past getting your ‘Make a wish’ granted kind of reneging on your end of the bargain?

Agreed. i09 has made big shift towards promotion and reporting on theme parks in the last couple years and I am so not there for it. I think I have just read way too much Beaudrillard and Eco about hyperreality and the utter ridiculousness of theme parks, and how it is quintessential creature of American capitalism

In my experiance Christian colleges go either super-prude - or super-bent. Bushnell Univerity in Eugene (another Christian College) was the super-bent type. My friend from high-school - a super-committed Christian horse-girl type who was going to become a nun - went there.

I don’t know, Emily manipulates some lovelorn guard close to retirement into helping her escape?

I'm not sure how you make a sequel with the same two actresses. Kendrick became a part time PI at the end, maybe she visits Lively in prison for help with a new case, "Silence of the Lambs" style.

Those are the actual ponies, with the correct marks on their flanks and everything. Except for the one with the white mane (to the left of Chip in that scene) who looks like she’s probably a placeholder and will probably be one of the official characters once the animation is done.

Roger Rabbit remains co-owned by Disney and Amblin.  That thorny issue is one (but certainly not the only) reason why a sequel was never made.

Disney’s relationship with Hasbro is even weirder when you look at their relationship by way of Marvel. Back in the 80's Marvel did some toy tie-in comics for different toy companies. Marvel writers Bob Budiansky and Larry Hama helped create the backstories for Transformers and GI Joe respectively.

There’s also MC Skat Kat, whose owned by...Paula Abul’s label?

Cats is probably protected by parody law. They’re not the cats from Cats, they’re different CGI cats who just happen to resemble those cats.

Roger Rabbit is owned by Disney. The film was a co-production with other studios but Disney was the one who purchased the rights to the character in the early 80's. Indiana Jones

Aunjanue is an awesome name for someone who ended up becoming an actor.
