I've made a resolution to run (couch to 5k) and I've had some really off days already. But, if last night's run was any indication I'm actually making overall progress. I'm really up against a wall with the 5 minute runs, but after I had completed my runs last night I went for an exhaustion test - and I fell into this

@badger500: Don't discount the walking. Some people aren't in it for the OMG SERIOUS WEIGHT LOSS or muscle building, and just want to make themselves more healthy or a small bit stronger. I managed to lose about 40 pounds just by walking - albeit I was walking about 2 hours every day.

I'm doing the couch to 5k plan, but I'm certain it will take me longer than the 9 months. I just started week four yesterday (Instead of doing 2 days between weeks, I'm just putting them back to back with a day in between) and had difficulty with the 5 minute run. But it was FUCKING COLD.
