Just yesterday, I saw a pick-up truck flying both an American flag and a modified Confederate/Don't Tread on Me flag. Like full sized flags sticking up right in the corners of the bed of the truck. And another Don't Tread on Me decal on the tailgate door.

I think this episode had the best "Next week on Mad Men…" because it had a few seconds of Pete Campbell angrily pressing buttons on the remote while spread out on the couch followed by your standard out of context nonsense.  

Of course Don Draper is sleeping with Linda Cardellini. You don't bring out the Cardellini to just play some neighbor's wife.

The series is super confusing though. Before I had read the books, I thought Loras and Lancel were the same person.

I thought Christian Bale's Boston accent in The Fighter was pretty accurate but I might be misremembering. Actually I think that movie had a pretty good record when it came to Boston townie accents because they weren't too over the top.
