It was, but for me would’ve worked a lot better if we’d seen her earlier this season.
There’s a lot less humor and world play, and less fun odd specifics in the lyrics, and some of it’s a downer. Some nice moments for sure, but so far a disappointment. Might take a few more listens...
It’s really samey. Nice enough, but not a lot stands out.

I think the DGA is really invested in the auteur theory and several directors collaborating on a project takes away from it and the “a film by” type terminology given to directors. And if that happens there’s less money for their members.
