Bummer. I wonder if the CW could pick it up.

Here you go...

Ebert could be such a jerk, but man that’s fantastic. Thanks for sharing.

A six episode send off would be nice. Let it get some sort of ending.

It’s definitely a worldwide problem. But for those in the USA who feel they need to talk to someone...

It would be nice if they showed how companies can hire non-union workers over union workers and that costs union guys like Dan their jobs.

When they point guns at children are they making those children feel safe?

Now playing

I always loved the Kurt Vonnegut bit (NSFW)...

I think some of the people who voted for Obama who then voted for Trump did indeed want to shake things up, or were left out of the economic recovery, and so also were open to a different approach. But the character of Roseanne Conner on the original show was a fierce feminist, and open to people of all backgrounds,

Oh, I don’t think it was done to spite Clinton or help Trump. I do think it was a terribly wrong-headed decision.

I think it’s because her tweet addresses the biographer? (And possibly it’s faster for a likely underpaid article writer to find those interviews online than taking the time to read a memoir?)

“M*A*S*H” is a single camera sitcom, so the laugh track doesn’t make sense (there’s no audience in the operating room for example.) For multi-camera sitcoms, which are close to theater, the live audience helps the performers’ energy, and tells them when to pause so the audience at home doesn’t miss the laugh

Silver didn’t incorrectly predict. He predicted Trump had a 28.6% chance of winning. That’s a decent chance of winning. And then he won, as predicted he might.

Plus James Comey breaking with all protocol and directly interfering in the election (due to what seems to have been a misguided desire to protect the FBI from right-wing criticism after Hillary’s coming victory, but instead likely tipped the election to Trump.)

I”m not sure why it would mean nothing. As the film ends, our remaining heroes think they’re most cherished friends are dead. As well as half the universe. That means something to characters we care about as they are in a worse predicament than ever before. Now what the hell will they do?

I’ve never thought Cap or Iron

It was actually a decision, not a non-decision, she has made to not step down, as call for her to step down came up repeatedly in the Obama years (from liberals, not conservatives.)

NERD RANT! Saturn Girl, founding member of the Legion of Super-Heroes doesn’t kill people because Legionnaires don’t kill.* It’s one of their few rules! Come on, people!

Another fun fact: In the original Infinity Gauntlet comic, Dagger was the one who got... um... snapped...by Thanos. So if they did exist in the MCU and in the present, after the first episode the show can just be called “Cloak”!

Well, they of course wouldn’t have introduced the idea that Thanos was attacking Earth unless they had a way to deal with the fall-out in the show. I’m guessing it ends with them saving the world, just before the SNAP!
