You’re super good at logical fallacies. Like, crazy good.

Keeping up with the “you can’t use that word” anymore treadmill is definitely exhausting.

Man, I certainly appreciate that there are other perspectives out there than my own, but as someone who likes to think they’re incredibly sympathetic (empathetic when I can be), shit like this drives me absolutely nuts.

I disagree. Indies are 90% pixel/art games still. And worst, they’re mostly unoriginal genre repeats or just god awful games hoping to win the lottery. The quality of “Indie” games is just off the charts bad and even the few good ones are often one-hit wonders or retreads of genres.

Fans can wait. Investors cannot.

This proves two things rather simply and clearly

The original article was typical of someone trying to push their particular viewpoint than actually trying to investigate the happenings of a situation and report on it. This happens a lot on Kotaku.

Care to explain why “non-binary” people are included in this? As a woman myself I must tell you we do not suffer the same kind of harassment other -whatever gender you want to put here- and I’m really curious why you’re affirming that.

Kotaku wrote an article slamming people criticizing “ellie, those people? Men. Why? The game is dominated by men. Guys are victims of the circumstances of the gender ratio for the game.

Man interesting that you note that “you don’t have the full story” here, when you have even more information than you did when you mounted your soapbox earlier.

I hope this is the first of many.  If you’re going to make money off the culture, the people that create the culture should be rewarded

Opting out of reviews and not having forums is a huge fuck you to consumers. I know they can be toxic but they are also how numerous developers have been pressured to actually fix their games. Taking away consumer voices is not good thing,  just because someone somewhere at some point maybe had their feelings hurt.

Probably has something to do with the fact that they turned a $60 game into a $140 one with 3 expansions. Who fuckin thought that would work again?

Except you would be wrong, you intentionally ignored the reason why fans are upset and dismiss their grievances. typical dismissive SJW attitude.

Yet another “why is this even an article on Kotaku?” moment.

I don’t post notes like this in Soulsborne games, nor do I find them funny... however, getting tilted enough to make a 2 page dissertation on the matter is fucking ludicrous. Go outside. Lighten up. Do literally anything else with your life.

That tweet wasn't transphobic.

of all the anime/manga to movie adaptations, why is Ghost in the Shell ratted on?? it was actually a decent conversion.

Personally, I’m willing to pay more than $60 up front for a game I know I’ll enjoy.

And you’re a classic example of judgement without due process. All it takes is accusation to set you people off, and you happily and blindly exact your judgement of strangers without fully knowing what goes on in their offices.
