I can’t believe no one has mentioned the ‘16-17 Malibu yet in this thread. Of all the catfishy new cars money can buy, it’s the catfishiest:

I grew up north of Durham, and they are going through a major growth spurt right now. Lots of tech companies that don’t want to pay high rent in San Fran or Seattle are coming to the Triangle, and specifically Durham. It definitely still freaked me out a little to see that a company as big as Audi is paying attention…
The Pit is good, but if you want the best picture of Piedmont NC barbeque in Durham, you gotta make a trip to Backyard Barbeque on the south side of town next time you’re in the area. You know a place has the goods when a lawyer, a college student, and a city sanitation worker are all happy to stand in line together…
Starred for your screenname. I lol’d
The new Malibu looks like a catfish to me. Especially head-on
Thank you kindly for that lol good sir (madam?)
I want to know who the target audience is for the neon purple mood lighting. Prep school English professors trying to pick up scene girl students maybe?
I had no idea you could get a Le Mans car as an option on Uber. How would that even work, since they only have one seat?
I receive lots of phone calls while on the road, and headphones make it possible to talk and keep both hands on the wheel. As long as you use the standard iPhone headphones and keep the volume down, it doesn’t affect your ability to hear what’s going on outside the car. Obviously there’s the argument against folks…
Haha that’s a little easier said than done!
But can you charge it and listen on old fashioned headphones at the same time? I use my phone for both calls and gps while driving for work, and have to use headphones in order to use both at the same time. Sure I could get bluetooth headphones, but then you run into the same issue of running out of charge, just with…
Now I just need to figure out if starting a YouTube business where I exclusively talk about my car and run Google ads would be enough justification to claim my car purchases as business expenses
Aw man, a brand new ‘16 Camaro! Oh wait
So much this. I regret that I have but one star to give
Learned this trick years ago on this site, it all but eliminates blind spots on most cars. Obviously still do a double take and manually check blindspots as well, and you’ll be fine.
Now all seems to be back to normal, but this is what my screen showed.
Not sure what’s going on but I did not type the above comment in response to curbwatching. I tried to say that I appreciated the comment. Anyone else have experience with Kinja accounts being hacked?
Came here for this. Thanks curbwatching
Here’s hoping they keep the toilet bowl shift boot surround!
