Greased Lightning will *never* come across as straight. The lyrics talk about girls, there are actual ladies all up on them, but still the gayest number of boys singing about a car I've ever seen. (Danny singing to Doody during the end of These Magic Changes, too. More chemistry there than with Sandy.)

I'll be watching Grease Live. I honestly don't care for Grease, but, to use the vulgar parlance, "I'm a slut for live musical theater events." I'm also interested seeing how Tommy Kail will direct it. I'll watch Galavant tomorrow.

I feel like "not interfering with the timeline" kinda goes against too much of Barry's principles to do that. Maybe Gideon is common technology in the future?

I'm fine with seeing him in Flashbacks and time travel stuff and whatnot. As I get to avoid all the awkward physical relationship drama, so I'm happy.

Oh, of course. I groan every time it's mentioned on The Flash/Legends of Tomorrow/Supergirl for a good reason.

Huh. I mean, I knew the actress wasn't a regular or anything, so there was a pretty clear episode expiration date on their relationship. (and I saw their relationship as Barry trying - and failing - to be happy/satisfied with smooches)

The thing is, I didn't see many Barry/Patty shippers *at all* - on tumblr anyway. I feel like everybody knew it was just a surface-level fleeing thing like 'yeah they're cute but I'm not going to be writing fic or anything'

Nah, I think everything will be put back to normal (or normal-ish) as opposed to, well, the comics one.

I wish Earth-1 Caitlin would get superpowers instead of Earth-2 Caitlin. It'd at least give her something to do. I like Caitlin, but she barely gets anything to do and her writing is pretty inconsistent.
