It can’t. In fact, GTA V can’t really do it, either (by itself)...buts mods can. The guy used mods to make it happen (just like in most of his other stunt vids). From the youtube description:

The thing that REALLY sucks is that you are spending $60 on a cosmetic enhancement to a gun in a video game.

Does the game look good visually? Absolutely. The game look battlefronty? very mildly.
