Definitely. Different people, different needs. People should be able to choose the environment that works best for them (and some measure to ensure that those who do go to the office aren’t sitting all alone either). That includes both being able to work fully from home, as well as being able to work in the office. Eve

You’re saying that this JitB “smashed” burger patty isn’t smashed enough. Then you say that it’s competing with the In-N-Out Double Double, which you dub, “the most iconic smash burger of all time”.

I am completely confused. You seem to know what a smash burger is, but then say that In-N-Out is the best example of one.

I prefer the Culver’s route - order at a kiosk, pay at a window, get a sticker with a number and park in the waiting area.  The extra few minutes of waiting is always rewarded with the best, most consistent fast food out there.  Faster is not better it is usually just faster.  If you are going to eat shit, at least

The leveling experience consists of a whole lot of running for long stretches of time - so does gathering. Since pvp is optional anyway, there’s no reason to not have mounts.

Pretty sure it keeps a pretty consistent 20k or so on Steam, which is way better than most games can hope for. Right now it’s at 42k. That’s not nothing for a game that everyone thought would immediately tank.

Dropping a huge percentage isn’t necessarily a big deal if the starting numbers were crazy high. It’s just

Under Wraps is far, far worse than A

“tackle challenges of disinformation.”

That’s the thing about Abrams. I wanted to make the same snarky remark, but this story is about a development deal, and he’s developed a lot of well-liked shows. His name just being attached doesn’t mean he’s personally involved on a day-to-day level, but it has led to some great TV, and I think it’s weird that people

The Snyderverse was successful. It made about 800 million dollars per movie on average while he was actually at the company.

First one (which was bad , and had a tonne of Studio Exceutive /Will Smith interference) was nothing to do with Gunn.

Dear movie companies, when you have a star that’s a terrible human being, no amount of “cover” or distractions from nostalgia can prevent the gen audience from reacting.

this is kind of a bootlicker take. HBO Max didn’t have an easy start but eventually offered more quality content than nearly any other streaming platform. And that would have been without the HBO Max originals like the Flight Attendant which were better than they should have been...with Showtime’s mostly boring

It’s honestly been helpful for me. I developed a fairly pernicious Twitter habit over COVID, and was having trouble kicking it. Musk’s general mishandling of the platform, and, specifically, removing protections for trans users from the TOS, finally made the decision to log off much easier.

The really just plain weird part about this is that Dee Snider, beloved LGBT ally since the fucking ‘80s, decided to give this comment his full support, and up to now hasn’t made any kind of further statement about it, even after it became clear how betrayed his entire fanbase felt and he started getting support from

“Common psychiatric drugs and marijuana are causing psychotic breaks that lead to these shootings...”

the “someone” is the employer. the “no one” is the general public. the statements are not at odds, you’re just noticing (dare I say nitpicking) a surface quirk of language along the lines of things like ‘why do we park in driveways and drive in parkways?’

When a band gets as big as U2, there will be a backlash. So many songs that were monster radio hits - you really couldn’t escape them in the late 80s and 90s. And Bono’s earnestness made him easy to mock.

It’s easy to mock bombastic and overly earnest.  But these guys have a list of classics you can stand up next to just about anyone, and like any great band make every single one better when played live.  So I mostly view U2 haters as performative contrarians.

I know people think Bono is an asshole, but I think he’s really earnest in his struggle with how to use his wealth and status to effect positive change in the world.

I can't even begin to explain what all these articles about polyamory mean to me. My husband and I, after discussing it for YEARS, recently decided to open up a bit and let me start a thing with a mutual friend. We've been open and honest about everything, and it's definitely changed some things in our marriage for
