That’s not a fair statement. Imagine investing in the stock market and then the rules get changed causing you to lose money. Landlords understand the rules of the game which include the ability to evict non-paying tenants. During this pandemic the rules have been changed with no warning, and landlords are stuck

“six figures” has always been the “I’ve made it” income level, however its been that way for like 30 or more years. I’m curious how inflation has impacted that number over the years. Sure wish I was making the 30 years ago six figure salary.

For years I’ve used a tri fold ‘murse’ that contains my phone, checks (just wrote one today to my dog groomer), a note pad, picture of my wife, driver’s license, boat license and all of my plastic (credit/debit cards, insurance card). It’s pretty compact and I never leave home without it. The author’s point of view is

I keep my flour in an airtight container I bought on Amazon that holds one bag’s worth of flour. Haven’t had a problem yet.

Here’s a thought: maybe do your job and close the vulnerability before the hack. I can say with a high degree of certainty that if these companies had to pay all those folks $1,000 apiece for crapping over their identities, these things would stop. The economic pain would be so great that a preventative solution WOULD

I had read that Apple was also going to do on-device scanning. Did that change?

I’ve used my grill pan all of one time. Just too much of a hassle to clean and like the OP says, what’s the point?

I’m basically a couch potato however six months ago I started weight training that takes about 22 minutes every day. Not quite 4 seconds but I’ve seen progress in the composition of my body.

I suspect the real reason behind this is that it prevents unvaccinated people from not masking up like they are supposed to. Instead, anti-vaxxers are also anti-maskers and they’d slip into stores unmasked with the vaccinated folks. 99% of COVID deaths right now were entirely preventable. Let the dead’s families let

The video was interesting. I could see why they did that for their 2500 sq ft or so but there is no way I’d do that for my 1 acre lawn. I pay someone else to mow it and it never needs to be watered. Also, how does it handle decades of pets pooping and peeing on it?

I’m obese and I hate aerobic exercise, so I avoid it at all costs :-) However for the last 5 months I’ve been doing weight training and losing some weight. My goal is to build muscle mass so that I can burn more calories at rest and avoid being hungry and eating even more. It’s a long term approach but I’ve already

I tried this: Stop-Service -Name Spooler -Force and got a message that it couldn’t actually do that because of some error. Great. Hopefully MSFT gets their crap together soon.

This is why I work out at Planet Fitness. I know that the leg press machine I use is exactly the same as the one I would use in a different location. Assuming of course Planet Fitness wouldn’t allow two identical machines in different locations to be designed differently, which I’m sure they don’t.

I’m a newbie that started 4 months ago. I do half my body one day, then half the next day, then repeat. Do 2 sets of 10 slowly building up to my max weight which I’ve achieved on my biceps. Going slowly because I don’t want to hurt myself and set myself back 6 months. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I guess the big question is would NASA and other governmental bodies even bother to tell us if there truly was a civilization ending asteroid on a certain collision course. I doubt it.

So I’ve ordered some Misfits Markets boxes, and I’ve found that the benefits are 1) it forces me to cook veggies that I otherwise wouldn’t have tried 2) it’s nice not having to go to the store 3) I always skip the every other week delivery because I can only eat so much food. The downsides are that 1) some of the

The other option not discussed in this article is, “How much did you pay for that flash drive?”. If you buy a knock-off on eBay because of the great price, you’ll often run into false advertising and it will be much smaller in capacity than what you thought you were buying. Always stick to brand names is my mantra.

I just go to the grocery store and buy my eggs already boiled and peeled. Easy peasy.

I had the shot and I didn’t even feel it. No need to worry folks. My small monthly allergy shots are/were much more painful. These shots? Cake.

I avoid this problem entirely by buying Vidalia onions. I also find that red onions don’t make me cry either. Shallots? Maybe a little bit but not enough to worry about.
