I had no idea the PS3 even had a [MLB.tv] app. Just downloaded it. It's great. With that plus PS3 Media Server, I see no reason to get the Apple TV whatsoever.

Does anyone currently use an Apple TV with a [MLB.tv] subscription? Curious to know how it works. That would be my main reason for purchase as I have a PS3 to stream downloaded movies already.

I wanted to create a new Apple ID because I wanted an @me e-mail address with my name. Got it. However, obviously, my apps and iTunes gift cards are still under my old Apple ID. Is there any way to merge? Right now I am still downloading with my old Apple ID (apps and stuff) but my iCloud is set-up with my new one…

Right but...if you have to send your phone away and wait for the gift card...you won't have a phone or any guarantee you'll get the gift card in time to buy the i4S on 10/7.

I really want an @me.com address but do not have ios5 yet...will I be able to create one when it comes out AND/OR can I create a new Apple ID now and get a @me account?
