I get that Helen is his mom in 616. I’ve said repeatedly since IW came out: the MCU is NOT 616. It’s 999999. Enough things will be similar that it’s still identifiable as a Marvel universe. But that’s as far as you can reasonably take your assumptions based on what happened in the comics.
