I’ve taken an approach that helps with my sanity: if they broach the topic, I’ll shut them down. There’s “reachable” and then there’s “WAY the fuck too far gone.” When your mom is reading Tomi Lahren tweets to you, apropos of nothing, and after having been told that you hate Tomi Lahren, they’re in the latter

YG looks like an Uber driver who has unexpectedly picked up a giant sex doll and is re-evaluating his life choices.

there’s no one at the wheel? is this meant to be a metaphor for her life right now?

As a long-time Nick apologist, I had real hopes for this season but it’s been incredibly disappointing so far for a few reasons:

i think they’re actually more interesting and the show is just edited to be bland. I once read an interview with Chris Harrison and they asked him why the conversations between contestants were so dumb and he said something like, “america does not want to hear these people discuss the election.” or something like

I am looking forward to her on BiP, which seems to be the prize she is really competing for here. I wouldn’t say she’s ‘great’. I do not like her, but she’ll make good TV and bad life choices. BiP material all the way.

Am I the only one who thinks Corinne is pretty great? I mean, no way she’s going to win the season, but she’s the most entertaining one of the bunch and I’m sure she’s going to kill it on Bachelor in Paradise.

Nick was damn near likable on Paradise! Why the hell do they edit him down to continual sound bites of “I appreciate you telling me that” and “I’m happy you’re here”. There are never any moments of joking around and its brutttaaal.

Damn, what did Wisconsin do to you?

Watching the rachel date I get why people watched this show. It was super produced but got damn, I was enraptured. I awwed. I loved it.

I found it hard to pay attention after that whole, “let’s have a super fun date at a fucking plantation” thing. That really disturbed me. Respect my ancestors and don’t make out on piece of land where people were literally treated like animals.

I’m enjoying Corinne as a manufactured villain because Nick is just so fucking boring. He’s like a labradoodle with big floppy paws that brings you dead rats and you’re like, that’s sweet, go away.

Theory: anyone noticed how they try not to focus on Nick too much? Like there aren’t as many confessional moments with him... almost as if producers are aware that he is overexposed within the franchise and comes off as a desperate predator more than a nice midwestern boy looking for love. They focus more on the drama

Honestly it’s about time something was boring.

Yes, but you have to admit there’s been a substantial uptick in the number of these films made post-Bin Laden raid.

Spec Ops have been “glorified” in films for waaaaaay more than 5 years.

“Almost everything went wrong.”

pays more than i make with a masters degree!
