The PR issue would be on Chris Harris for his poor driving, not M-B. As Chris is a major auto-journalist he'd probably get a pass. If it became a recurring issue he'd probably not get work as an auto-journalist.

Credit to Chris Harris. He goes to /Drive and tells them to go behind a paywall. Few short months after that happens he leaves to start his own, free, channel.
