I am baffled how a base model mustang convertible is completely ahnilated and the jack ass walks away, but we lose Paul Walker in a Carrera GT. Maybe I’m mistaken, but I would imagine, even being built back in 2004, that a CGT would be way safer than a modern mustang convertible....

They repaired the car, drove it to the next track, made another pass (in which the head gasket let go again) and took 3rd in their class I believe. Pretty damn intense.

i’m a little biased and love me some VW, but outside of a WRX and the performance Subaru stuff I would have a hard time buying one over a VW.

I will say i wrecked in a cheap Icon and it did it’s job. I also upgraded to a Shoei right after that and would never wear anything inferior ever again.

My 1.8T jetta was a nightmare because i beat it like a red headed step child. I treat my VR6 passat much better, but still drive it rather hard and it has been nothing short of bulletproof!

Ford doesn’t care, my point is this is a real serious first world problem these people, like Solomondrin, are having being upset over not getting a specific vehicle, which i’m sure they’ll have a chance to buy 2nd hand or on the next production run.
