I know Ford doesn’t care, the point I am making is people with more money than sense are upset over not being able to buy a high end sports car. All the other big names do the same thing, it isn’t anything new or noteworthy. I just think the fuss over it is being exaggerated.

Oh bummer, Ford doesn’t want my $400,000. I am fairly positive McLaren, Porsche, Ferrari, and some others would be happy to have it.

Put the VR6 back in it. I get way better than the advertised MPG, and have much more power and reliability than the turbo models or the W8 ever did.

We, as in the general public, are so far out of the loop on this stuff. When I worked at Porsche we would learn about things months in advance to even a whisper of a rumor being released. The 997 Speedster is the perfect example. The owner of the dealership had one on order before any news of the car being released…
