I will probably get absolutely killed here , but as a guy that runs two small businesses (<15 people each) and has two 30year old women with kids working at each one, I would go way out of my way to not hire another one.

Having spent almost 30 years moving metal , I would say , anecdotally, that most guys that have a commitment to banging weights, are all a bit tweaked.
