I think there should be a federal minimum on flight leg room. I think it becomes more unsafe to cram folks with that little leg room. Using Spirit as an example; in the event of an evacuation, persons 5'8 or over would probably take longer to evacuate the plane because of the inability to rise from their seat and move…

As a nurse I wholeheartedly agree. I got off the floor and got into Nursing Informatics and Health Information Systems. Best career pivot I ever made. I have no plans to retire early and I’m 39.
