Haha, I’m not sure if Rosenberg has ever come out and said anything bad about the original source, but she is definitely wary of the way comic books (and TV) treat women in general.

This is one of those few cases where I think the TV/movie adapters should be consulted in the writing of the comic series. Having read some of the earlier Jessica Jones comics, I did not enjoy them as I did the show. The rape scenes seemed more exploitative than anything else.

Yeah, I looked it up after that comment...Rose Red is just more susceptible to perma-death in Fables (which is still sad). I definitely read something else where she was old looking, though. I’ve been unsuccessful in finding out the origin of that. So frustrating.

I had to look this up! You can get it for Xbox, PS4, Mac, and Windows—pick your flavor! I usually go through Steam for my games, so that’s what I’d recommend. :P

If you like video games/Telltale, the Wolf Among Us is a great adaptation. And it has a cool film noir vibe. :D
