Even if driver/pass front seats don’t have 100% the same features, they’re usually not far off from one another in dimensions and underlying structure, so you benefit from economies of scale from raw materials. This would seem like an easy way to drive up your seat production costs

I was shopping for an EV recently, looking at everything from a new Kia EV6 to a used VW eGolf, and it seems that dealers put in only the barest effort when listing EVs for sale on sites like Autotrader as opposed to full, detailed descriptions of the features of ICE cars.

There’s tons of ways to go about classifying this, like accident rates, but I would also say bad driver behavior doesn’t necessarily lead to more accidents, just more annoyance, stress, anger, or even causing accidents around them that they themselves escape. I’m a millennial, but I think it’s reasonable to exclude
