It's not "pay the given price," it's "pay what you're able, or what you think it's worth." Do you legitimately feel that all of these games together are worth $1?

I don't think that this article is correct. What's happening is that people have been buying bundles for a penny, then putting those codes into automated Steam accounts. So now, to get Steam keys, there's a $1 minimum. Anybody who pays $1 or more will still get Steam keys.
