All you need to do is go to a major city and read Trade chat for a few minutes, you’ll get your fill of racism and ignorance and then some. It's been really bad since BfA.

Trials has always been trash, and Bungie knows this. For the MMXX title last year they gave you enough triumphs specifically so you wouldn’t have to get wins in Trials to get it.
Battlefront 2 maybe? Haven’t played it but sure seems like it makes the list.
Yes, unfortunately it will be, and those of us who went through it and came out on the other side will just wear it as another badge of Texas toughness instead of actually caring about how preventable it was.
As someone who lives in San Antonio and didn’t vote for the leadership that put us in this situation, it sucks to be the subject of memes and ridicule while I sat home freezing without power for days. But if I had to freeze my ass off for Ted Cruz to be so monumentally embarrassed, it’s actually kind of worth it. I’m…
All the meaty stuff for Overwatch 2 was on a separate panel. They did go pretty in depth there about the progress they’re making on the game. I would rather they did this than not have done it. I don’t really see a downside to this.
I play my PS5 a lot since launch, probably hundreds of hours and this is a constant worry for me as a Nintendo Switch owner. The other day I was playing Cyberpunk and my right stick seemed to drift downwards a bit. I opened up the deadzone a bit in the game options and it worked fine so I’m not sure if it’s a game…
Was hoping for something along the lines of FFXIV, an MMO-like game that has a continuous narrative (hence, Bioware storytelling), and maybe a half decent loot system to keep people engaged in between story drops. As a Bioware fan who also likes the idea of a persistent character like you have in Destiny, it really…
I loved this game, and hate speaking about it in the past tense already. If they had continued to add content to it I’d still be playing it over Destiny 2 as my main loot-based action game. It checked off so many boxes for me:
Silver lining I guess, since the pandemic started I’ve learned a ton about our healthcare system, supply chain, how our electoral system works, and now the stock market.
It is weird. I am guessing I either read something somewhere in a magazine and got lucky, or called ahead. I distinctly remember begging to go to Toys R Us knowing that the game was in stock, and having my mom drive me there late at night.
I remember dropping 80 bucks on Final Fantasy III/VI on release day. But what I don’t remember was how I knew back then in the pre-internet days what the release day was. Maybe through Nintendo Power? Calling around? I just knew I had to have that game though.
Just finished paying off all my loans this year 15 years removed from my graduation. I have 3 reasons why I’m in favor of cancelling debt. First is that if this helps other ordinary people who are struggling to pay bills, because I’ve definitely been there, then I consider that a good thing. I don’t wish this massive…
One month later I’m about 41 hours in, trying to clear out all my sidequests before the point of no return. All told I’ll probably be done with my first playthrough in a week or 2 at this point . Witcher 3 took me like 6 months. I’m conflicted about the length of this game being much shorter, but I also feel like it…
Mine doesn’t even physically fit in the cubbies in my entertainment center without the stand. It’s off to the side standing vertically next to my router. I think it looks better the further away it is from all your other black boxes in your entertainment center.
For me having to hold down a button to jump is a no-go, and I am fine suspending my disbelief for ease of use. But I’m glad there are options for us both.
To me this game shines whenever you are talking to other characters. The voice acting is pretty darned good and I really like that everything is in first person. You can move around, look at whatever you want, whilst engaging in dialogue. The game sometimes gives you the option to not say anything at all, or interject…
As an 80s/90s kid I played a ton of video games growing up and my mom was always trying to keep me in check. She never liked me playing games and it was no secret. When I was in grade school she tried to limit my game time to 3 hours each weekend. You know, decent parenting shit that you don’t understand when you’re…
Another 2020 classic.
This actually looks pretty cool. I might actually like a filter like this for the game to mess with.
