Got the same thing yesterday for my deluxe edition, then another email confirming the April 10th shipping date. So we shall see.

Taking a break from all the loot shooters I used to play for awhile (Anthem, Destiny 2, The Division 2). Out of those three, I have the highest chance of returning to Anthem over the other two.

My weird idea/solution to move the meta would be to, instead of banning certain heroes in comp, provide heroes different buffs temporarily, like for example give Zenyatta like 25 more HP, or lower the cooldown on Brigitte’s Shield bash. Players can weigh whether or not the buffs are worth picking up that hero for that

Part of the reason why I hoard, and my least favorite thing about Destiny, is the fact that many quests and bounties require you to use different burns and weapon types, so I end up keeping that void hand cannon around just in case I can knock out multiple bounties with one gun even though I hate hand cannons.

By 2022 I probably would want to watch this film. Like you said, we’re not getting any more Indiana Jones films (at least any good ones). We’re probably not going to get another Uncharted game, and we are probably not getting another Tomb Raider game any time soon either.

I was actually pleased with the (s)Witcher 3 port. I did comparisons with the PS4 version and every bit of text is definitely larger and more readable. The text is noticeably larger in both docked and handheld mode. To me that alone kind of makes it worth it.

This is a good mix of games that I love and agree are underrated, some that I’ve tried and couldn’t get into, and some that I’ve always wanted to try.

And here I am with about half that time (according to wastedondestiny.com), and zero titles to show for it. Destiny is a great game for setting goals and limits within the whole games as a service model. This guy’s goals happen to be getting every title, but just about every title has at least a couple of achievements

I feel like I can handle and even appreciate the extended cutscenes because it’s punctuated with meaty gameplay sessions. I don’t mind being overexplained a bit in cutscenes because I know that once they’re over I will be running around for a good couple of hours before I have to watch the next one. They also are

I like to say it’s an indie game with a AAA budget, myself.

This feels like a weird year for video games. I think Death Stranding might be the most hyped release this year, and I don’t know why people are so afraid to call this a very good game. The conversation for Death Stranding starts on whether or not the risks (gameplay and storywise) it takes pays off. It doesn’t start

A couple of things I’m surprised weren’t talked about was how this whole game is basically an overcompensation for Kojima having to make Metal Gear games for the past couple of decades. All of Cliff’s beaches (basically injections of military action into an otherwise mostly nonviolent game), his relationship to Sam,

It is a very engaging game to play, but probably not fun to watch. I would do most of my actual playing on my own and then call my wife over so she could watch the cutscenes.  This might be one of those games where you’d want to find a supercut of all the cutscenes and major encounters instead of watching it from

Anthem to me has the potential to feel more fun than Destiny, and occasionally does when the stars align. The thing that bothers most people is that Anthem isn’t very gun focused. Your special moves and melee attack are performed much more frequently than in Destiny, are way more varied, and define your playstyle way

Yeah, I’ve long since ignored articles that say “play this on hard for the best experience.” It’s easy mode or bust for me nowadays. The only hard game I’ve beaten in recent memory without lowering difficulty is Celeste, mainly for thematic reasons.

I had a feeling they would do this, and honestly it bodes well for the upcoming Dragon Age as well, if they execute. According to that expose of Anthem’s development issues, one of the root causes of Anthem’s problems (and Mass Effect Andromeda) was they built each of those games from the ground up without leveraging t

I was having fun up before chapter 3 but was a little frustrated by all the extra weight I had to carry all the time just to avoid extra trips. This frustration all but disappeared once I got the robot legs mentioned in this article.

“Death Stranding pulls from a variety of sources. The resurrections and multiplayer aspects of Dark Souls, the wandering of Proteus and No Man’s Sky, the clumsy body movements of QWOP, the skeletal remains of Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and more surprisingly Metal Gear Survive.”

This was one of the first things I tried when I picked up the controller as Gooigi (it was my wife’s game).  Either I missed the tutorial or there is absolutely no mention of this in the game itself.  The timing for L1+R1 is a little tight, and I still have a little trouble with the tank style controls but it is

Nobody knows anything yet without details but the way it looked like to me is, all game modes, characters, skins, etc. from Overwatch 1 will be shared with Overwatch 2, and Overwatch 2 will probably get new characters, game modes (Push and PvE), and any other skins going forward. I am guessing that any new heroes will
