I am so about read receipts. Strategically avoiding people can be hard, but my "I didn't read your text!" excuse is totally viable. I usually just delete the text convo while it's still unread. :p

I once quit an internship at a horrible PR company that was run out of employer's apartment by saying I was taking a cross country road trip to....see America? It seemed like a reasonable excuse at the time.

First time I hear his song and I really love it. They're a bit off with the "girl crush" thing, especially controversy wise, but her vocals are on point. Going to spotify Pain Killer now. 😅

I guess that my story is pretty basic in the "I looked through his phone and found what I was looking for" type of way. This guy and I were on and off for six years and I would be kidding myself if it was the first time something like this happened, but this is the one that stung the most.
