I’m trying to figure out the tone of the article? Are you mad/angry at them for shutting you out? If so, I don’t see why. Any company (anybody) can choose whom they interact with. Just like you guys can choose to ignore any developer/publisher/story you do not wish to cover.

Re: 3M Command adhesive hooks. The wall surface makes a HUGE difference in how well they work. Multiple 7.5# hooks hold up a large rack for glass jars & bottles on the inside of my pantry door (a hard, smooth surface). Two years and still holding.
I love the idea. I had previously considered adding hooks to the wall to be able to mount cookware, but hanging things on the walls where I live is a nightmare due to having actual sheetrock instead of drywall. I have broken multiple hardened drill bits trying to make pilot holes.
