They aren't they actually represent a small amount of total console sales.

You may be reading the graph erroneously. The whole pile represents the total number of sales for all consoles, the coloured areas represent what percentage chunk of total sales that companies' products are responsible for.

So in Q1 2007, a little less than 50 million consoles were sold, the lions share being

Can anyone show me sales numbers from any single piece of technology that doesn't decline in sales over time?

Apparently we should be surprised that as technology gets older, less people buy it.

Baffling.

A cat that doesn't poop. Is there a Kickstarter I can go to for that or something?

Another week of games I already own on other systems. I don't mean to rag on the Wii U so much, Nintendo means a lot to me nostalgically. I'm just...disappointed. Watching the Wii U release so far has been like having a conversation with an Alzheimers patient, they're constantly reminding me of things we've already

Already have it bookmarked :) It's a good resource for sure!

It's like an 8% increase. I don't think you would notice it if you played a game on 1.6Ghz, then played the same game on 1.75. If you played the same game right next to each other, then there may be a noticeable difference. Anything devs made that will run well on 1.6Ghz will run a skintch better on 1.75.

They're good, but not very deep. Champions had a skill tree and equipment which really helped to diversify character development.

I did not know that. Thanks.

Yes, but I think the artists intention was a Sith Drogo rendition. The "Darth" title was completely optional for Sith lords, of course.

That would be a valid alternative, if Torchlight 1 or 2 were ever released on a console. If there was a mod that gave me offline controller co-op, I'd be all over that.

My girlfriend and I beat both Champions and Return to Arms when they came out. Since then we really haven't had a good sit down co-op experience. I'm really hoping D3 fills that niche.

There have been lots of games that come close, but nothing really captured us like the EQ games did.

You are correct.

I've heard a great many pronunciations, but never the one that she uses.

That's impressive. It's no Daggerfall, but it's impressive.

I just formatted and re-installed Windows. I could probably do a good speedrun!

That wholly depends on what kind of game it is. Is it bringing something new to the table, or is it another last-gen rehash like FFXIV?

There's no excuse to not be able to move while casting, you can have depth without 300 hotbars and macros, and people want innovation in PvE questing. No one wants a paragraph blurb

I love my controller. I do a lot of manual labour, and I work out somewhat often. When I come home to enjoy a game I don't want any level of VR or flailing around. I want to sit in my nice big chair, relax and have a good time. Good game design lets you achieve complicated tasks with a simple interface. I seem

Retina refers to the eye's ability to point out individual pixels. I'm surprised Linus didn't cover PPD, or Pixels Per Degree in this video. PPD is the generally accepted method of discerning the "retina-ness" of a display. There's a formula out there for it.

UI Scaling has nothing to do with it.
