It is small, but it's also very restricting. It feels like Apple designed the case for a consumer, then gave it pro internals. Everyone I know who uses a Mac Pro has a different configuration of harddrives and gpus. Also, cutting out Nvidia means no cuda acceleration in Adobe programs :/

Coming from a routine Apple

Yeah I know. It's commonly shortened to "Luke" in English, I just thought if I said someone named "Lucas Arts", it wouldn't adequately portray that I was talking about a person.

You're gawd damned right! I won't spend a dime on anything with EA attached.

Titanfall is published by EA? Guess I won't be getting it. My EA boycott stops me from checking out new games again.

I think the engine sounds were one of the things that really made that game for me.
VRRRRRRRRRRRRRR-PSH-VRRRRRRRRR

Makes me wish I had a turbo w/dump in my car instead of a supercharger.

How do you know EA doesn't have an employee named "Luke Arts"? I've never seen LucasArts with a space in the middle.

Delicious delicious cards.

It took me years to build up the ooph required to slog through the previous two games. There's no way to make the first one fun but if you play the second one on a powerful PC with a controller it's pretty bearable.

I know, I really want HL3 as well. Valve isn't showing anything at e3 this year. Just like last year, and the year before. They don't really "do" trade shows.

All the work people put into protecting privacy and trying to stop censorship on the internet and you're willing to let corporations take your rights. If people don't put their foot down then no one will listen and it will continue on business as usual. Do you really trust Microsoft to place a microphone in your

They should add an anti-Hernandez filter.

I know a lot of Kotaku contributors will get distracted and forget about the issues, but, well...dammit I like to think I can trust Totilo at least to stay focused. I know this is going to be a long e3 and he may try to get answers on the floor or in more interviews but I like to think that journalism exists

Given the information we have now I'm willing to label anyone who buys an Xbone as "Anti-Consumer".

No, there is pleasing people. Be honest, and don't hide behind rhetoric.

I have to disagree with you there. I've seen shitty people on every online game I've ever played regardless of system. The best community I've ever seen is probably early Everquest or f2p LOTRO.

Also, just to troll a bit, I wasn't aware Xbox had online games that weren't shooters :P

I lol'd pretty hard at that. I found a computer in a dumpster I reinstalled windows on and gave to my friend to play World of Tanks. It runs on an 8800 pretty well.

Judging from that pre-show, I'm waiting for Totilo to have a fairly scathing article about this conference. I feel he was clearing expecting some answers, or a straight no non-sense "This is how things will work" instead of all the marketing hyperbole we've gotten over the last few weeks.

That's the thing that always got me about xbox. You can have everything else be pay voice chat etc, but the basic online functionality of the game isn't included for free?

I have a feeling that xboxone will be severely hindered if you don't have a gold account.

Naw, I don't think there's anything special about it. They're just pushing some extra shaders.

We're going to hike up our bullshit flood pants, and waddle on down to greener pastures.
