OK, I think I can agree with that. It felt that you were initially trying to downplay the technical problems and that's why I took issue.

You and I have very different priorities it seems. I can understand why you would feel that internet connection issues are temporary and shouldn't impact the review so much.
It's really really tough to slog through the terrible controls, but it made playing the second game much better for me. I can't really recommend you play it. The Witcher 2 is only bearable if you use a game pad. I found mouse/keyboard controls to be really clunky and inaccurate. The lore and story hidden in there…
How can they adequately review a game when a large portion of it is unplayable? At the same time, how long would the game be out before people started asking why there's no review? I know people who are still having random boots, having plots erased, and can't connect. The ability to connect to a game right now,…
I want more games I can get addicted to. I haven't had that good old "Can't drop it" feeling in years!
I was unimpressed in the beginning. The piddly level one signs were outmatched by things like Cat and sword oils in my eyes. I also found that with all the back tracking in that game, being able to pick more herbs than I can use and sell off the rest my guy is loaded all the time. I had around 4k at the end of the…
I agree with almost all of your points. I'm playing through the Witcher 2 right now, and I have yet to add a single point to my signs. I'm full alchemy/sword. Alchemy in this one felt much more substantial to me than signs. I guess it depends on play style.
Seems that way, yeah.
So, are you going to never buy Nintendo again because Miyamoto said he'd never heard of Ratchet and Clank and thought it was a PC game? http://www.computerandvideogames.com/177554/miyamotos-never-seen-ratchet-and-clank/
Technically, the card CAN hold that much. It's the Vita's formatting that is the issue. I'm pretty sure there was a big stink about this just after it was released. The system has a game/video maximum that's independent of file size as well if I recall correctly. It's pretty shitty of Sony to leave that…
My brother is getting alot since he installed the expansions. I've never had a problem running vanilla. Are you running any of the expansions?
Then it's worth mentioning that this takes place in a different world called "Numenera" created by Monte Cook and has nothing to do with the "Planescape" universe. It's Torment by name because it will follow the same themes as the original.
They can blur the lines all they want, but I'm never buying a game for single player content that I can't play without internet access. As long as I can load it up on a laptop and drag my single player games around with me, I'm ok with added semi-multi player experiences.
100% unavoidable truth right here. Anyone who isn't willing to take responsibility for their actions, in this case giving your child access to your personal finances, is well, unresponsible. It's black and white, there is no grey zone as far as I'm concerned
I am a huge fan of the show and the books. I would love if your theories are correct.
Perhaps rebuttal was the wrong choice of words but "reply" just didn't seem to fit how I conceived the tone.
I started playing a jedi knight with my friend. Then we reached the point where we had to do main quests twice. Even though he couldn't enter the same dungeon as I can unless he's the same class, he still doesn't get quest credit for doing the quest? We uninstalled it. I was enjoying everything except the terrible…
