Look up the pressurized potato guns using sprinkler valves or diaphragm valves, way better than these. I had one with a 1" barrel and a 4 foot long 4" pressure chamber and it would easily shoot C batteries through 3/4" plywood like it wasnt even there. A little safer was wooden dowels.
