So, the issue here is that someone with all the physical assets of a man in a world where men’s results are typically better than women’s not being able to exploit those assets of physically being a man in competition against women.
I didn’t see it mentioned in the article, but it wasn’t really that she finished 6th, it was more that she missed her regional qualifying by two places. From that context, her argument at least makes a little more sense.
Its an unfortunate fact that being a biological male comes with lasting physical advantages (skeletal size, bone density, muscular development) that don’t just disappear instantly even if someone transitions hormonally. In a random sample of the population these differences won’t make much difference, but when you…
I’m so torn on this article. At the same time, I’m deeply sympathetic towards Andraya about her struggles and the abuse she had to face. She is a person who should be allowed to live her life without being the focus of such mean spirited persecution. However, at the same time, I already knew from past experience on…
In a more sane world, everyone would just use the NCAA’s testosterone policy, and then be open to monitoring outcomes over the course of years or even decades as we continue to accrue more observations of trans athletes. This is a topic where I don’t really care about people’s opinions right now. I think the…
The sun/dot should be fine since it’s literally their flag. If China thinks using the Japanese flag is offensive due to Japan’s past war crimes, then perhaps using the Chinese flag should be considered offensive due to their crimes against humanity being perpetrated right now. China’s high horse is one of the lowest…
If under 5% of all the men you ever had sex with actually took actions to give you pleasure... might I suggest:
Teachers are held to a higher standard than just about any other profession in the country.
Aye, unfortunately Teachers are held to a higher standard than just about any other profession in the country.
The dude is not wrong, but maybe skip all the f-bombs when sending emails from your work account in the future?!!? Seems like a teacher ought to know that.
Your complaining about extremely minor things. They could have not done the camera change at all and you would still be here bitching about it...dont buy the damn thing then my guy, really isn’t that big of a deal. The DLC not being included---barely worth even calling DLC and is the most unimportant of the DLC that…
Cardi B raped men and rob them after drugging them. But hey, it looks like it’s ok to you.
Honestly, for better or for worse, that gratuitousness is part of the tonal whiplash that’s the franchise’s signature.
“This is a deep, serious space opera where your complex, moral decisions shape the future of a galaxy.”

“dur hur hur. all the blue aliens are sexy gurls”
Mass Effect was never as smart…
Honestly I would argue that Miranda’s butt shots were more important then the ME1 DLC
Okay, because of the kneejerk crowd flocking on that comment, I have to state explicitly that I agree with you. And I’m not really addressing you, here, but the crowd in question :
I never said it’s equally bad. I didn’t even say that what Krystina Arielle said is bad.
I’m saying that I don’t get behind campaign asking people for being fired.
Tried it in a Russian for a while, but after missing enough dialog on the train as I eavesdrop different people, I did turn it back to English. If subtitles were a bit better implemented, I’d keep it on Russian.
I prefer to play, watch and, if possible (though it often isn’t), read everything in its original language so when I picked up Metro Redux on Ps4 back in 2014 the first thing I did was set it to Russian.
BUT it had a big issue which forced me to change back to English: There were only subtitles for the “main” dialogue.…
