I actually liked the fashion post, lol. But so far most else has been a hard pass from me today.

At least Samer tried in his fashion post.

Seriously. I thought Emma’s post last night was about how seriously and thoughtfully the men were taking their posting duties today? And yet we’re getting the same crap we got when AJ ran Jez for a day (at least no one has posted the nude selfies that women sent them... yet).

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.

“Her favorite animal is a fox.”

Great job, Greta! Keep challenging the world around you, arm yourself with facts and clear reason like you did here, and you’ll go very far. And foxes are a favorite of mine, as well.

I agree. I am a special education grad student. The entire program has only two men in it. Personally, I love it. We learn so much on a daily basis and I have become so close with all of them!

I’m a nanny, and my boss is a single mom who is a surgical resident. You could basically say we are the exact ladies who should miss work tomorrow.

Definitely go to class if you think you’ll miss out on something important. Remember, you’re paying to be there. Unless you’re on some kinda scholarship. In which case, congratulations!

Most of the women in my life don’t have the luxury of being able to take off work. My mom and sister have both said they will participate by not spending money anywhere tomorrow. I plan on doing the same. I have class tomorrow night that is taught by a woman, and 9 of the 11 students are women. I am bringing coffee

One of my profs cancelled class and the other one I let know I wasn’t going to be there. I think it is totally up to you what you can afford to do. My classes are in the women’s studies department so that may be why they are more understanding.

I’m a professor.... At my college, the students who are planning a march from campus to the downtown Women’s Day rally sent a campus-wide email announcing their plans and asking that faculty consider excusing students from class to attend. That got me thinking about what I would do if my classes did conflict with this

literally LOLd

When you decline to work or shop, you give a little kick to an economic system that treats women unfairly. When you skip class, the school doesn’t suffer for it in any way. Plus, if you have no plans to march, heading to campus gives you a chance to show off all that red - it’s certainly more visible than studying at

The only person not going to class will negatively impact is you. Go to freaking class. Then set a garbage can on fire after your last class is over.

I am in classes too and those people who blow it off doesn’t know how hard it is out there with limited skills and knowledge.

Definitely go to class. Don’t hurt your education by missing important classes—it’s exactly the opposite of a feminist act. Wear red and just bring it up to fellow students. Maybe set up a petition-signing station at your lunch hall (if you’re at a small school, I have no idea what going to a big school is like!).

A college student who attends their classes? Are you a unicorn?

I wouldn’t skip, then, especially if there’s nothing official to go to. No point in blowing off needed study time in order to rebel with Netflix. But if anybody asks you about the all red outfit give ‘em an earful.

Nobody- there’s no point. She’s apparently been talking about eating her PI license for 2 or 3 years, it’s never gonna happen. She’s gonna keep living with this sap that’s supporting her and going to bars a few times a week.
