Have you read Jack Whyte’s “Skystone” series? It’s how things might really have happened. It starts out with the Romans pulling out of Britain, about 70 years before Merlin is born, and the narrator is a British born Roman soldier who decides to remain in Britain. A ripping yarn.

It’s possible this new therapist may have have a different viewpoint, new strategies and new insights. Sometimes if you’ve stayed with a therapist for a long time, you’re retreading the same ground over and over again without getting anywhere.
Good drugs are good. When you’re depressed you forget that you ever felt better, and then, bam! the meds kick in and you do feel better again.
