I would love to put something like that out, but there is a real problem with rats in my neighbourhood (there is a burrow under the back of my house), and I don’t do anything to make the problem worse; no bird feeder, no composter, no bird bath or water source left out overnight. 

Oh my god, how did Wynn end up in such bad shape for so young? The plus is that he has the potential to pretty much fully recover, and lead a long and healthy life. His condition looks so much like the very elderly lady that I’ve mentioned before, and I pegged her age at about 18.
