Maybe Soundgarden played a show there, once?

There’s a comical bonking noise and your character slumps over with tweeting birds circling their head
Elden Ring. The death screen should say, “The Important Thing is that you Tried.”
Doubt it since Starfield is more akin to Mass Effect than NMS. Ever since that one mining sequence happened - everyone only things of NMS, boggles the mind.
I would. Starfield looks like Day 1 NMS was made in idTech, and has a little bit of a plot attached, but mechanically I’ve never been so bored by a reveal. Everything they showed I was like “I can already do this?”
“Nailed It, I Know. Thank You. Moving On.” is probably my favorite line in Remake. The Don Corneo section was such a fun part to play through.
Link to the actual important thing that everyone will be asking about:
I doubt it. Starfield will be way more popular, last for years with mods, and have a story.
I doubt it. They’re just going to be different types of games. The heart of Starfield is still a Bethesda-style RPG - yes, they’ve got more procedural gen before than they ever have (they’ve always had it, though), but they also claim to have more handcrafted content than ever before.
There is something righted in my gaming Universe to hear that Roberta and Ken are creating again. My first Sierra gaming experience was in ‘86 with Kings Quest 3, when my four year old son and I played the everloving shit out of it. It was how he learned to type and spell. We still quote it to each other ‘Gwydion, I…
This game and EVE Online tackle space-faring adventures from very different angles, but at least they are “finished” games. I’m not sure what Bethesda’s Starfield will bring, but all these games are still ahead of Star Citizen, which is still in production with varying degrees of updates.
Yeah, I think that’s it. Kim is so good at this sort of thing that she could probably slip into full-blown sociopath quite readily if she kept going down this road, and be good at that, too, and get a thrill out of it and have fun doing it. But she just realized that wasn’t who she wanted to be, that the thrill wasn’t…
I’d say it’s both - the latter making the former possible, and that blurring between the lines is what makes it all the more convincing why she decides, then and there, to leave. She KNOWS she could become a full-blown sociopath if she allowed herself to be - that she wanted to stay with Jimmy and enact the plan…
I didn’t even know it was on GP!! I’m behind on video game related news. Thanks!!
For me, the crazy but true aspect of the satanic panic stuff was why I hated it. I only caught the tail end of it myself in the late 80s/early 90s, and I might have thought that my anger over it would have passed by now, but it just infuriated me all over again. The zero to sixty jump from “What’s this thing I’ve…
You read like a dairy farmer.
I’m finally grabbing Half-Life Alyx since it’s half off.
“Sonoka! I’m as open minded as the next guy! Just want you to know! Most states won’t allow you to marry a severed head!”
This looks like Star Citizen if it were a game. I want to see more.
I definitely recommend Ancient Magus Bride and After the Rain.
Yes, the synopsis of After the Rain sounds like pedo bait, but trust me, it’s definitely no pedo bait and depicts the idea of “underage girl falls in love with an adult” well and realistically without going into gross territory.
