Maybe the Star Wars score could be considered a revival, but elaborate, majestic film scores go back to the 30s. Heck, some of Prokofiev’s and film music had already long entered the concert hall repertoire by the 70s.

While I realize that most people don’t meet their soulmate in the 5th grade in the really real world, movie logic says they can and do! Would have been extra awesome if they’d gotten Eleniak as his wife...
