Well, you can cheat. Make a batch of hash browns in an oven safe skillet. When they are starting to get close to done, make some wells. Crack the eggs into the wells, top with cheese and herbs/seasonings. Bake 10-15 minutes.

Insta-read thermometer will work. Temp should be between 144 and 158.
