Perfectly reasonable advice. In NY. Here in OK, this advice is laughable. People forget how big the United States is, and how big regional differences can be.  See also, gun rights.  In NYC, police are nearby.  In OK, they may be a couple of hours away.  I digress.

How does the battery management system feel about not being charged for a while, over the winter, maybe.  Dealing with replacing a dead battery now in a bike!

I thought Pete did a solid job. The monolog was, I’m guessing, part of his standup that he was able to polish off to get the ball rolling while minimizing the chance that he’d be emotional after what he said in the open.

But, how does it taste? Can I make a burger, rare, out of it and not wish it was Black Angus? Because Impossible could make a burger, but it counted on the ketchup, onion, tomato and bun to carry the bag, all while being LOADED with sodium.

I moved to Tulsa in 1974. It was the third quarter of 5th grade. I was in public school my whole life (Grissom Elementary, Thoureau Jr. High, and then Memorial High School, Class of ‘82). I have no memory of learning of this event in school—or that it was discussed in public, ever.

I came here to say something like this. My wife can wear whatever the hell she wants. She’s breathtaking. 

We were more concerned about getting on the road and making time. And, we didn’t know what gas was selling for elsewhere. By that point, we thought, even if we saved a whole dollar a gallon... what’s $20 at that point?
