"I've made a huge mistake"

Fair points made by all, but wouldn't you take some kind of solace from the ability to do that magic? The only other magic we've seen on the show was in the House of the Undying, and that seemed to be directly tied to the presence of dragons.

Is anyone else struggling with Melisandre's apparent crisis of faith? I can certainly understand that she would feel rattled when the things she saw in the fire can't happen, but she then reveals the Lord of Light keeps her young.

I noticed too, and found it pretty funny since Cersei said that "the witch said I would have three children and all would die," and almost immediately followed up with "everything she said has come true"

My roommate isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed, so this is my experience any time he plays something with a campaign.

After playing through the first case and deciding this would've been a great movie, I watched my college roommate play through LA Noire. He really enjoyed playing, and I enjoyed occasionally giving some investigative input. It really would've been a solid movie

Toward the point about peaks vs. averages, FiveThirtyEight did some research a couple weeks ago that was basically this same concept, but only of actors/ actresses that had won best acting Oscars.

There are a lot of things the Bioshock handed did right, but without a doubt the best was the atmosphere. The dedication to textbook art deco in the original, and the late 1910's aesthetic in Infinite (particularly the boardwalk area, in my opinion) completely raised them to another level

There was a lot of fun to be had in the game, but I stopped and had Booker stand still everytime one of the anachronistic songs played. Something about the Beach Boys in the style of a barbershop quartet really speaks to me

I spent far too much time as a kid playing Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. I loved being able to piss off one of the factions, getting a bunch of their goons to come after me, and leveling them with the airstrikes you earned as rewards.

I think it might be because I played through this one as an angsty teen, but the angsty teen characters didn't bother me. Despite the popular opinion, VIII is also one of my favorite Final Fantasy's

I never made it to the end of this one. Despite the really cool and personal feel of the nemesis system, I really lost interest when I got to the second sandbox area and there was a set of mostly new Orc generals.

Am I the only one who finds it a little odd to read almost academically about Pokemon?

After having it since launch, I've finally started to make some progress through Witcher 3 and I'm really digging the story. However, last week's article on the sealed cave has be pining for Final Fantasy, and the copy of Type-0 I picked up was the day one edition and that XV demo is calling to me. We'll see what wins
