I did boring old fashioned calorie tracking (1500/day, tracked via LoseIt). I’ve lost 30 lbs since January, although it’s slowed down a lot recently since I’m near my setpoint weight and have been slacking off a bit. If I just exercise more I build muscle like crazy but get very hungry.

I pulled some older jeans (7-10 years?) out of my closet and it was kind of shocking to see how much thinner and more stretchy the new ones are. These weren’t even 80's or 90's jeans either.

Ugh - I’ve got linebacker shoulders and a long torso. I lost 30 lbs recently. I tried on a few billowy tops today and they made me look heavier than I did 30 lbs ago.
