Like I said, everything I’ve seen before is human - either Imperium or Imperium-turned-Chaos. Imperium seems to be the most popular option, by far. Doing searches, there don’t seem to have been any attempts to do Genestealer costumes (not surprising, really), and very, very few Necron.

The hair (the wig, that is) and costume look just as good in the “making of” video, though. The photography of the pictures is great and really adds to the effect, though.

Those videos were ads, essentially (and someone was spending time making videos rather than games) - not themselves an alternate stream of revenue for the game-makers. It’s the equivalent of a musician having a music video made to help promote and sell their album - not going on…
