Anyone who watched the second film and thought that it was empty, simply *wants* to have an issue with this IP. Way of Water was incredible.

Honestly, the bizarre obsession with just bashing Tesla relentlessly is so over the top on this site it’s just weird. It just reeks of unhealthy insecurity, or some weird fixed ideology. Jalopnik needs to give it a rest, it really doesn’t look good for the site. It’s just fucking bizarre.

Exactly. It’s as if half of the editorial writers at Jalopnik wandered over from Jezebel.

This is one of the dumbest takes I’ve read on Jalopnik all year (and that’s saying a lot). The “extremely lopsided on paper” comment completely OMITS what was admitted in the very first paragraph: the Cybertruck is towing a copy of the car it’s racing!

Vehicle that costs the same as a Porsche beats Porsche in drag race while towing another Porsche?

I mean, it’s impressive, if nothing else. All drag races are spectacle, really.

It could be NP or ND depending on your wants. If you just want to do fast sports car stuff, a stock or lightly modified Viper is still fast and would be much cheaper, so ND in that case. On the other hand if 500hp bores you and you have been itching for a comma in your horsepower number, by the time you buy just about

I know you normally dont get anything back for mods on a car... but this is one of the few exceptions. I think $75k would be pretty fair to both parties given what a stock example goes for and what these mods cost. Appears to be very clean and loved... so I’m sure it will make a new owner happy.

Indycar has already been open to additional engine suppliers. Even their current suppliers (Honda and Chevy) are more than open to it, as they are straining to supply and support enough engines. The idea of different engine types is interesting, but I would bet that actually makes it harder to pull in a new supplier

The funniest thing is, this isn’t the only place in this article where they confused boats for cars.

I heard a bunch of banging but that was just the Jeep guy unloading. Hill did not look that steep but they are deceptive on camera

The driver could drop a stone as well.

We’re on Jalopnik, we all know how easy it is to get a shitbox up to 80 on a back road lmao

Clearly, a bike lane is to blame.

I make a solid wage but I’m not paying 50k for ANYTHING, much less a vehicle that can only go 60% of the range of my current car.

“Arrest Me Red” on just about anything other than a sports car looks cheap and out of place. Emphasis on cheap, in this case. I’ll pass, thanks.

Seems like we are seeing a lot of ads like these where the car is indeed neat but the asking price is beyond that neatness factor.

That’s a great looking Jeep. Now it’s time to lift it, cut the fenders, and throw some 44s on there /s

It Belongs in a Museum”.

When Jalopnik was Jalopnik.

Sorry that I failed to set off your sarcasm radar.
