Everything I said was correct. A woman who has a pronounced larynx is neither less of a woman or more of a man.

Yeah I saw that, but I still felt it was very disingenuous. They must imagine they're talking to a very young inexperienced audience with that excuse, because anybody who's been around a while and/or has made MP models for an FPS is going to see that for the obvious bollocks that it is. It's laughable to suggest that…
Canada, Denmark, Ireland, New Zealand, Italy, Finland, Germany, Israel, Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Sweden and Taiwan all have female soldiers in active combat. This year the United States Armed Forces finally lifted their ban, so women are now permitted to serve as frontline troops and can also become elite…
They make the men all the same size too, for what its worth. Some women are 6ft tall, some men are 6ft tall, and CoD is now saying "all soldiers are 6ft tall".
Do you mean the US military only? Many other countries do have women in active combat, but this year the USAF finally overturned their ban. Women can now serve as frontline troops, right up the the elite commando teams.
It won't mean anything. Many of the people choosing to play as female models will be men, and many people choosing to play as male models will be women. It's just good to have the choice.
Hopefully bannings will rise by more than 1000000% with it. Ban the credit cards used to open their accounts too. Or alternatively put them into dungeon servers where only other racists, misogynists and homophobes can play, I don't care.
Yeah, things have really gone backwards in a lot of ways, and these devs are lying through their teeth about everything.
It's still weird though. It really wouldn't have been a problem to make a female model option, and other FPSs have been doing that for as long as they've had 3d meshes.
It's a myth that women don't have Adam's apples. They do, often very pronounced ones, and it's got nothing to do with being any more male or less female.
I don't see why they can't allow for a range of heights for both genders, and weights, come to that. Back in the late 90s, we used to play HalfLife1 deathmatch with a huge range of character models. Some people chose short characters - I remember a really tiny Kermit one - and some chose big characters. Sometimes…
Ouch.
Sounds like something from the lower rankings of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Ah, I didn't realise this was something you were thinking about personally.
I work in both territories. It's largely the same. The only major differences are the time period of a copyright and also that in the States you can register extra protections, but people misunderstand this. The extra protections don't change your legal position or alter what you own, they just effectively fast-track…
Haha! Nope, Moroccan-American rapper, so hated you'd think nobody liked him at all (but that obviously can't be true because he's making a ton of money). Braindead lyrics about being at the strip club, for the most part. He's a dullard.
Their sites are monetised and they get paid by the view. We don't see why we should treat a YouTube channel any differently from a TV channel (although of course we'd make completely different arrangements for how much we take, just as we'd charge far less to a local TV channel than we would to Sky One). Sooner or…
Sorry mate, what do you think is more likely: that all of these movies were granted in principle because Nintendo has no rights to Metroid in movie form, or that the records simply don't show who owns the copyright?
Yes, exactly. But Mr. Good is not remotely saying "how DARE they wrong these ridiculously massive, wealthy corporations!". You claimed his attitude was tantamount to that position before then declaring that assertion bizarre, and I didn't think that was a fair argument.
