Oh I think that’s exactly it. I don’t think that - contrary to the reviewer - the show is preaching that there are signs in everything. It’s preaching that in the age of information overload it’s too easy to find signs and meaning where there is none. At the end of the day it’s actually very interesting medical

It is. This show isn’t Lost. It’s not trying to solve an enormous mystery and looking at it like some big riddle is the wrong approach, in my opinion. It is, however, a playful take on the mind and it’s visually trippy in the same way Eternal Sunshine was, which I love.

Diets don’t work because people don’t adhere to them, simple as that.

There is a lot of hedging in that article of HuffPo. Terms like “Perfect Synonyms” and “Metabolically Healthy” make the article accurate but useless in many ways.
