The fact Elon’s vaunted automated robotic assembly line has failed means working at Tesla is no different (if not worse) than getting a job at GM, Chrysler or Ford.

It is, but that’s the point. It is that it’s no different than what has always been done for any other topic or company or person.

sure sounds like the words of a Tesla fan to me.

You’re fighting a losing battle here Mr. Felton. Unfortunately all of your extremely valid, well-corroborated points can do nothing against the hordes of sycophanitc Muskovites and journalists on the Elon payroll.

Ive heard the same exact thing. Mutual friends with engineers who willingly get paid far less basically so they can say they work for Tesla.

Elon is a fucking rube that can’t handle anything negative about him or his company without freaking out. If he wasn’t at Tesla I might actually want them to succeed, but until he leaves I will never have any love for them.

This is what Theranos and Elizabeth Holmes did with the WSJ and others that called a fraud a fraud.

Hmm, it’s rather lengthy just to be click bait wouldn’t you say?

Only possible explanation is that Sean Spicer probably took a job at Tesla?

I will tell you exactly why Elon is being so defensive...and he has every right to be.

I didn’t even know it was possible to white knight a company, but here we are....

Elon Musk has enjoyed an outsized amount of good will from the press who fawn over his stunts like launching cars into space. He can burn through that goodwill real quick with his shenanigans. A better play would just be to say, “Sorry, I’ll do better, you still love me tho you know you do.” But Elon thinks he’s

Gonna need a source check.

Funny, because only right-winged blogs seem tobe carrying that bit information, and even the place that many of those blogs sourced from eventually changed its headlines that he wasnt a registered democrat—he wasnt even registered to vote.

I’m speechless in this new crusade among some dolts to be buddy buddy with Putin and his ilk. Address the issues I raised above and maybe then I’d be in favor. At this point I’d rather have normalized relations with Iran before Russia. They have ulterior motives for every move they make on the international stage.

I would like to point out that you are actually worse than useless. Because this kind of coverage actually helps Trump. Putin only occasionally murders people because cynicism is much more useful than poison.

I would pay $50 to any Democrat who can make a convincing case that a majority of independents and Democrats will be persuaded to go to the polls in November and vote Democratic on the basis of the Russia investigation.

I said evidence regarding the Russians (I guess people always mean the Russian government or Putin) hacking the DNC emails. I’m sure they meddled in our election or our politics just like I’m sure there are other countries that do that with direct lobbying of congressman such as Saudi Arabia.

I’ve gotta think there’s some middle ground between being “seconds-from-nuclear-annihilation enemies” and “Putin’s personal lapdog”.

The “no evidence it was Russia” in the election meddling bit is a lie, one peddled quite frequently on the far-right, though even they’ve let that particular bit of idiocy die out for the most part.
