The 97-99 V6 Manual were the CE trim. The 00-01 were the LE trim. Actually the 99 may have been LE too, can’t remember when they switched. My father bought a 2001 Camry LE V6 5-speed manual new in 2001. Still going with 200k miles on it.

That’s kinda sad. We need more convertibles. Somebody parked one of these at my work recently and I didn’t even know they existed until then. Maybe nobody bought them because nobody else knew about them.

Cars keep getting more expensive, the amount of money/loan payments are going to keep getting more expensive. The problem is wage growth not matching or exceeding consumer goods.

Oof that is offensively bad.  It’s the silver that kills it.. black and tan aren’t a bad combo.  What the hell were they thinking.

Get it in brown.  And figure out how to get the diesel version.

It’s fashionable to shit on the Camry on Jalopnik. It’s a popular, boring car that runs better with 200,000 miles on it than most cars will with 100,000 miles on the clock. Jst did this and went to the local dump by renting a Uhaul. $78. Better than a $400 payment for something I do MAYBE once every couple years. 

What’s this nonsense about Breezewood being a tourist trap? Nobody ever says “Let’s go to Breezewood!” They go THROUGH Breezewood on their way to somewhere else. There’s nothing to do there unless you’re the kind of loon who drives two hours for some Steeler’s mechandise.
