I still enjoy this show. I’m glad they got a new reviewer who can still find some positive things here. Many episodes over the years remind me of movies like Maggie and (short film) I Love You Sarah Jane, where it’s also about dealing with inevitable loss and revenge and not just zombies. Also, you don’t get infected

One fascinating thing the writers have latched onto here is how easy and natural it is for Andrew to quickly read people and then manipulate them, either subtly or not. In the scene where Jeff flies into a rage because Andrew essentially threatens his family, Andrew turns the tables by saying that Jeff is hurting him.

Lord that was devastating. When the episode ended my immediate thought was, “I think that was the first episode where we DIDN’T see anyone get murdered and yet somehow it was the most heartwrenching.”

“Are you mad at me, or the world?” good to see Donatella/Versace family again, if only for a little bit.

“Jack is truly fantastic in a crisis up until he needlessly puts his life in danger because of his panicked teenage daughter’s emotions. I’m sorry, but that’s on Jack, not Kate.”

Fair enough, although she seems absolutely well enough to be giving people orders. She took out the one Savior who managed to get the drop on her pretty handily.

Honest question from a not-really-that-into-it regular viewer:

Yes! And they’re all sweating while wearing heavy coats!

Not only does Rebecca seem to be the least favourite character among fans, but I feel like Mandy Moore is the most underappreciated actor in the cast too, which is so crazy to me because she is just so amazing... and she’s the only one who’s always there. Every other member of the cast is only there in one timeline,

They brought him in last season; he’s my favorite of the Negan subordinates, and one of the few who manages the “charming, violent asshole” shtick convincingly. (His Grand Theft Auto work helps a bit.)

I don’t know where I got “Ruby.” There must be a Ruby the goat somewhere. A friend of mine thought that was her name, too.

I’ve watched this show kill off major and minor characters without averting my eyes. I even watched the Glenn & Abraham kills AGAIN when that ep re-aired. I can watch all manner of godawfulness befall humans, on TWD or anywhere else. But a completely fake tiger? Nopenopenope. Couldn’t do it, can’t do it, won’t do it,

And then there was Ruby the goat.

Hotel had Liz Taylor, Denis O’Hare’s finest turn out of many great things he’s done in the franchise.

Faithe Herman is about the cutest little human ever! With her tiny face and sweet smile. I agree, the child actors on this show are fantastic.

It’s not airing with the shooting scene

At the end of Randall’s speech about the riches of his extended family and feeling like a man broken in two, I actually shouted out “just give Sterling K. Brown all of the awards, he’s crushing it!” And then as soon as the topic of Deja’s mom came up I knew it wouldn’t end well, but once again Randall proved to be the

yeah that’s just what I didn’t get. Either edit it out and leave it out on all versions, or just slap a quick warning up at the start and leave it in. Taking it out of one version and leaving it in others makes zero sense.

This season of American Horror Story has officially joined a grim and ever-growing club of pieces of pop culture that have had to edit out pieces of violence because a too similar piece of violence occurred in the real world too close to the air date.

Read for comprehension: the first step in solving a problem.
