I disagree, they just don’t want to sell the cheapest versions because they want more profit. They won’t even let you order a base model, you have to go to the stealership and play the negotiation game for whatever is on the lot. This is another reason we should eliminate the dealership model.

I disagree. A properly maintained car will last as long as you want to own it. There are lots of car people with cars that are 30+ years old. The older the car, the cheaper it is to maintain.
