I said this in another comment but I don’t think it’s so much the actual reading of the newspapers coming out against Trump it’s more that the growing pile of Trump unendorsements by conservative papers are becoming a story in and of themselves. It’s pretty hard to miss if you’re on the internet at all.

I’m trying very hard to tamp down my optimism but it is starting to feel like things are finally moving in the right direction. That’s a lot of newspapers coming out against Trump and between this and the debate maybe, maybe some minds will be changed.

If Jeb wasn’t being so touchy about it I would have thought they intentionally floated it through Townsend so H.W. could come out for Hillary without officially endorsing her. Or maybe that’s still the case and Jeb is purposely obfuscating.

I know people who have done that, also. It’s nice when it all works out to everyone’s benefit. I have a few friends who have done very low key home daycares with just a few kids so that they could stay home with their own kids but still make some money. I’ve helped out working friends at times, watching their kids…

It has its ups and downs, for sure. I thought I would lose my mind when my first two were under 5. And we were broke as fuck. Now it’s better, I have a few mom friends and my kids are all in school so I’ll probably go back to work at some point, although 12 years on it’s hard to imagine going to a job every day.
